Shipping - Terms and conditions for returns

Shipping and delivery
Deliveries are made directly from our warehouse where we store our products to ensure the most environmentally friendly delivery possible. We deliver with parcel providers DHL, PostNL and GLS. In general, the delivery time is 8 to 20 working days at the latest.


We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 22:00 on working days will be delivered the next day. However, this is not always possible, sometimes products are out of stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for some reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping is free for all orders.







Processing time/returns


Simple returns
Sometimes you might want to return an order. Maybe because you don't like the product, or maybe there is another reason why you don't want the order. In any case, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.


After the cancellation, you have another 7 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount without shipping costs. The return shipment is at your own expense (must be sent to our warehouse in China). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all included accessories and - if possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you must contact us at info@alessandra-london.co.uk We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in perfect condition.



If the product or its packaging is more damaged than is necessary to test the product, we may pass on this reduction in the value of the product to you. Therefore, please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly wrapped when you return it.



Exchanging a product?

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. Please contact info@luvinity.nl. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product."

Have you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
